Golden Week 020

540 g bread flour

7~8 g yeast

7g salt    or (1 1/2 teaspoons)

1/2 cup cornmeal cooked in 1 cup (250cc) water. (Cooled)

1/4 cup molasses

1 egg

200cc~240cc  water

18g butter

Knead 15~20 minutes. Let rise till double about 40 minutes. Bench time 20 minutes. Shape and let rise 30~ minutes. Bake at 375 F (190C) for 35~40 minutes. Makes one large oblong loaf.
