Black Sesame Pudding


Ingredients                                                         Serves 4

1 Tbs black sesame paste

100 cc milk

150 cc soy milk

2 Tbsp sugar

5g gelatin

3 tbsp water

Mix gelatin and water and let set for a few minutes. Dissolve in the microwave.

Put paste into a sauce pan and  gradually add the milk. Stir in sugar and soy milk. heat until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Add gelatina nd dissolve. Remove from heat. Set over a pan of ice and water and stir until cooled. Pur into pudding cups or ramekins. Chill until set.

Serve with a little kinako ( soy flour) sprinkled on top or with shipped cream.
