1 kilogram fresh oysters

water to cover

Put in a frying pan, bring to a boil then turn to low and cook  about 40-50 minutes.

Add 2 Tbsp oyster sauce,

3-4 cloves garlic, sliced

1 dried red togarashi pepper with seeds removed

Heat and stir. (karamasu)

Let cool somewhat (aranetsu o toru) before putting into jar.

Put into a sterilized jar and pour in grapeseed oil (olive,canola , oil ) to cover. Keeps in frig about 2 months.

Eat with fresh French bread.
