Green Goddess Dressing

mayonnaise  1/2 to 3/4 cup

green pepper (Japanese)  1 small

parley   5-6 sprigs

green onions 8-10  (green part)

the peel from one Japanese cucumber

green part of “kaiware daikon”    1/3 pack

white dressing vinegar    4 Tbsp

salad oil     (1/2 cup?)

salt, white pepper

Italian pwd dressing mix (optional)

Blend all well in a blender. Keeps in the frig for several weeks.
