Pesto Sauce
20g fresh basil
10g parsley
2 cloves of garlic
10 g pine nuts or walnuts
4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
salt , pepper
150cc olive oil
Wash and drain leaves, spin in a salad spinner if you have it. Blend all ingredients in a blender, and check taste, adding slat if needed. Pour into individual containers and freeze to enjoy all winter!
